Brian Macon was born dribbling a basketball.

He was raised in Boynton Beach, Florida where he continues to impact the lives of the children and adults he trains around the world, through the sport he loves.

He has been playing basketball since the early age of six years old. As a senior in High School, Brian received All-County and All-State honors while guiding Boynton Beach High School to the 5A State Championship game. As the starting point guard for The Boynton Beach High School Tigers, they compiled a 57 win, 12 loss record in the school’s first two years of existence.

Brian went on to star at Miami-Dade College, where in only two seasons, he was ranked top 15 in the nation in assists, and received MVP honors at the Star News Cape Fear Invitational, FCCAA All-Southern Conference First Team, and led Miami-Dade to winning the Southern Conference Championship. After being highly recruiting by Division I schools, Brian made the move up north to play for Boston University.

Macon led the team in assists his junior year, and became co-captain his senior year. Brian’s role included that of “on-the-floor coach” for BU head coach Dennis Wolff. Brian proudly graduated Boston University with a BS in Psychology.

Brian pursued a professional career where he had many great life and learning opportunities that he now shares with others.

After a gruesome ACL injury, Macon decided to focus on impacting others to become better all-around players and people, and has developed an elite basketball skills training company for both amateurs and professionals. Brian has had the opportunity to work with players on all levels, from stars in the NBA, to kids as young as four years old.
